Amcorp Properties Berhad’s latest acquisition is a freehold, income producing property in central London located at 29-30 Old Burlington Street. Via a joint venture with NL (Pollen) Ltd and HPL (Mayfair) Pte Ltd, Amcorp Properties Berhad will invest up to GBP23 million for a joint venture ownership of the property which is estimated to be GBP85 million in total. Subject to planning approvals, the Property is to be converted and redeveloped as a prime residential scheme.
