Grosvenor Europe (Grosvenor), one of four divisions with which Grosvenor Group, a multinational private equity firm in the real estate sector, has acquired two new buildings in the Madrid district of Chamberí.

The company is able, through this operation, to consolidate the business of its joint venture with Amcorp Properties Berhad (Amprop).

The first of them is, at present, an office building located at the intersection between Modesto Lafuente and José Abascal, in the neighborhood of Ríos Rosas, which has 3,000 square meters spread over 10 floors . After the performance, it will become a residential endowment with 13 exclusive apartments of three and four bedrooms. In addition, you will have parking and a terrace area on the highest floor with views of the adjoining garden.

The second, located on the corner between the streets of Santa Engracia and General Arrando, known for its careful architecture, adds 1,800 square meters and its facade is protected . Its location in the Almagro district (belonging to the district of Chamberí), is considered one of the most exclusive in Madrid. The building will also have a gym, bicycle parking and reception on the ground floor, as well as a commercial place that in the future will probably become a restaurant or bistro that will complement the dynamic gastronomic offer of the area, which houses restaurants and hotels First class.
