Amcorp Properties Berhad’s latest acquisition is a freehold, income producing property in central London located at 29-30 Old Burlington Street. Amcorp Properties Berhad, via a joint venture with NL (Pollen) Ltd and HPL (Mayfair) Pte Ltd will invest up to GBP23 million for a joint venture ownership of the property which is estimated to be GBP85 million in total.
